Information collected

Bespoke by Boyer collects information you submit through the inquiry form, including your name, email address, travel preferences, dates, destination ideas, budget, traveler count, and notes.

Hosting and security services also process technical information, such as your IP address, browser details, and website requests, to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems.

How information is used

The information is used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit, prepare for a welcome call, and provide travel design services if you choose to work with Bespoke by Boyer. Technical information helps keep the website secure and understand its performance.

Third-party services

Cloudflare Pages hosts the website. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the inquiry form from bots and spam by processing your IP address and browser and device signals. Cloudflare also uses these signals to improve its bot detection. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) delivers your inquiry to Bespoke by Boyer by email. Your submission is processed by Amazon and the receiving email provider so it can be delivered and answered. See the AWS Data Privacy FAQs.

Google Fonts supplies the website's fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address, browser information, and the referring website address. See Google's explanation of Fonts privacy.

Analytics, cookies, and tracking

Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled for aggregate traffic and website performance measurement, such as page views and loading times. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies or local storage to track visitors and does not fingerprint individuals for analytics. See Cloudflare Web Analytics.

This website does not use advertising cookies or advertising pixels, or track your activity across other websites for targeted advertising. Cloudflare security services may use necessary cookies or similar browser checks to prevent abuse. These security checks are separate from analytics.

The website does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. The service providers described above process technical information for the purposes explained here and in their linked privacy notices.

Information retention

Inquiry emails and related correspondence are kept until manually deleted to support communication and maintain the context of your travel plans. There is no fixed automatic deletion schedule for these emails. You can request deletion using the contact details below.

Bespoke by Boyer may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond as required by applicable law. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
