Travel planning with the details already considered

Devin Boyer helps busy travelers design and book travel based on their unique needs. From corporate travel to personal getaways, Devin carefully pieces together all the details of your trip to match your travel style.

We will work together to curate your trip before anything is booked. I'll work through the details so you can focus on what you'll do at your destination!

  • Planning scope is confirmed before work begins.
  • Eligible hotel benefits vary by property and availability.
  • Points and loyalty details can be discussed before booking.

The right recommendation starts with the kind of trip you are trying to create

Beach resorts, city weekends, family trips, corporate travel, and client-hosting weekends all ask for different decisions. Devin filters destination and property options through traveler profile, occasion, timing, budget, and the level of support the trip actually needs.

Better travel starts with the questions Devin asks before anything is booked

The work is not just finding a pretty property. Devin narrows the open-ended search by fit, tradeoffs, timing, and the level of support each trip actually needs.

A focused shortlist beats another open browser tab.

Devin turns a rough trip idea into a decision you can actually make.

Instead of handing you a pile of links, Devin brings the options into a smaller frame: what fits the travelers, what the budget changes, and what details need to be settled before a booking is placed.

Traveler fit

The shortlist starts with the people going

Destination and property options are filtered by traveler profile, occasion, timing, budget, and the amount of support the trip needs.

Decision support

Options arrive with the tradeoffs attached

Devin frames location, room strategy, pace, eligible hotel benefits, and budget implications so the recommendation is easier to evaluate.

Trip support

The background details stay organized

Special requests, supplier questions, timing changes, and itinerary details are supported according to the planning scope confirmed up front.

Devin Boyer

Devin brings corporate coordination experience into personal, family, and client-focused travel planning.

A planner who knows how much the details matter

With over 13 years of experience coordinating corporate travel and client-focused trips, Devin understands just how time-consuming and detail-driven travel planning can be. In fast-paced careers, those extra hours spent researching, booking, and organizing can quickly become overwhelming, taking focus away from what matters most.

After stepping away from her career to raise her children and prioritize family, Devin discovered a new perspective through her own travels. What stood out most was not just the destination; it was the process of bringing each trip to life. She found genuine joy in researching destinations, comparing options, and crafting experiences that felt seamless and personalized.

Travel Designer value, fees, points, and what happens next

Cost, perks, points, timing, and the first response are addressed directly so you can decide whether the planning process fits before you inquire.

Do I pay more when booking through a Travel Designer? +

Hotel bookings are generally arranged at competitive available rates, and some eligible stays may include property-specific benefits such as breakfast, credits, upgrades, or welcome amenities. Planning fees are confirmed before work begins, so you can decide whether the time saved, guidance, and trip support fit the scope of your plans.

Can I still earn credit card points or hotel loyalty benefits? +

While I can't book for you with your points, I can absolutely help you maximize the rewards you earn. I always make sure your loyalty membership numbers are attached to your bookings, so you can continue building points and status with your favorite hotels. Many travelers find the best value comes from using points for flights and transportation, and the redemption conversion is usually the best for them. I'm always happy to help get the most value from your travel rewards as part of the planning process.

What happens after I submit an inquiry? +

You will receive a follow-up by email to confirm fit, clarify the planning scope, and schedule a welcome call when a conversation is the right next step.

How far in advance should I reach out? +

Earlier is better for peak dates, milestone trips, large groups, and multi-stop itineraries. If timing is tight, submit the inquiry anyway and note what has already been decided.

Share the trip idea, even if it is still rough

Send the destination, timing, traveler count, budget range, and what would make the trip feel successful. Devin will reply with the next practical step.
